• Harvard students and HUGHP members with a Harvard University PIN
• Patients with a primary care clinician at HUHS

HUHS Patient Online allows you to SCHEDULE certain appointments and COMMUNICATE via email with your primary care or mental health provider. All messages are confidential and secure.

SCHEDULING
HUHS Patient Online should NOT be used to schedule annual physical exams!

Use HUHS Patient Online to schedule the following: 
• 20-minute medical appointments 
 (For routine physical exams, call your clinician’s office.)
• Immunizations
• Mental Health initial telephone assessment (new patients only)
• Mental Health medication follow-up with your current prescriber

SECURE MESSAGING
Secure messages should NOT be used for URGENT or time-sensitive concerns!

Use HUHS Patient Online for secure messaging to communicate with your provider.

• Secure messages will become part of your HUHS Medical Record.
• Replies to secure messages sent to you may be from your provider or one of his/her team members who may be covering.
• You will receive an email message notifying you if you have received a secure message from HUHS. The email will contain a link to HUHS Patient Online.
