Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) wants to partner with you to promote optimal health and well-being. To help you understand your health, alleviate concerns, and make more informed decisions, we offer a variety of health resources and information, both online and onsite.
The Center for Wellness (CFW), located on the 2nd floor of HUHS at Holyoke Center, offers a variety of health resources, including health brochures, a lending library, and educational sessions, open to all Harvard affiliates.
Your clinician is a primary source of information for your health needs. He or she can provide you with individualized education as well as appropriate materials and resources specific to your health care needs.

Healthwise Knowledgebase, has over 6,000 topics and the latest updates. You have full access to the most accurate health information anytime, right from your desktop.
Information by HUHS (drop-down on the left) contains topics with specialized information and resources for the Harvard community.
Lending Library

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm
Free lending library, where members of the Harvard community can borrow CDs, tapes, and DVDs, with a focus on exercise, relaxation and stress management. We also have DVDs on specific health issues such as diabetes, eating concerns, diabetes, and heart disease.
Health-related books, magazines, and newsletters are also available to view in the library during regular hours. You must have a Harvard or HUGHP I.D. to participate in this program. For more information, contact the Center for Wellness at 617-495-9629.
